Under the Conviction Equities boutique, the mtx and Impact & Thematic teams manage EM equity, impact, and thematic global equity portfolios, serving institutional investors globally. The mtx team is a key player in the EM equity space with over 12 years of experience and CHF 4.4 billion in assets under management, while the Impact & Thematic team brings 15+ years of expertise in impact investing, focusing on small and mid-caps exposed to key structural trends, managing CHF 2.8 billion. To support the growth of our client base and drive future product and client development across these investment capabilities, we are seeking to hire a CPM to join the team. The CPM supports our Portfolio Managers by delivering investment messaging to clients and representing the investment teams in meetings and communications with prospects, clients and consultants. Taking a global mandate, the CPMs work across client segments and regions as they bring investment expertise and commercial drive to advanced prospect situations and service existing clients.
