In collaboration with our affiliate, the esteemed English law firm Howard Rosen Solicitors, we specialize in setting up and managing trusts as well as Swiss and offshore companies for a diverse international clientele. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our small yet dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide accounting and administrative support not only to our company but also to the law firm and our clients. We pride ourselves on an engaging work environment and are looking for an accountant with relevant fiduciary and administrative experience. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and we utilize Windows-based software. Position Accountant with Fiduciary Experience Nationality/Work Status Swiss or EU citizen, or individual holding a "C" Permit. Qualifications Swiss qualified accountant (preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience) Several years’ experience working for an international fiduciary company with global contacts Excellent written and spoken English and German; proficiency in other languages is a plus but not required Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies (incorporation, general management, and liquidation) Strong knowledge of Swiss and international VAT as well as other Swiss tax matters for companies and individuals Experience in payroll administration Familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, SAGE) General administrative skills Other Requirements Outstanding organizational and communication skills Professional attitude Service and solution-oriented mindset Team player Flexibility Ability to work independently Apply online using the form below.
