Your work spans business process improvement, data flow analysis, and consulting—translating complex technical subject matter into clear communication that both technical and non-technical leaders and users can understand. You'll provide your deep process and subject matter expertise while leveraging your knowledge of different system landscapes. Beyond day-to-day analysis, you'll actively drive business process improvement initiatives, support the implementation of our Life Science services strategy, and identify concrete opportunities to enhance our service delivery to international customers. ## Your Background You hold a university degree in Sciences or equivalent background with solid work experience within the life sciences industry. You bring a broad understanding of and genuine interest in R&D within life sciences, coupled with hands-on experience in regulated environments—Gx. P, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance are familiar to you from IT projects you've worked on. You're a strong communicator and networker with an open mindset, c
