Your mission: Own controlling and financial reporting for the Swiss entity and selected EMEA entities Lead the month-end close, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and reporting processes Prepare statutory accounts and group reporting packages under Swiss regulations, IFRS, and Swiss GAAP Coordinate Swiss tax compliance and act as a key contact for auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders Improve reporting processes, internal controls, and accounting tools Support a small regional team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders Your profile: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or accounting in an international and ideally multi-entity environment Strong knowledge of IFRS, Swiss GAAP, Swiss tax, statutory reporting, and audit coordination Hands-on experience with month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements
