We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in Zürich (Headquarter) as soon as possible. You'll take full ownership of customer accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management. Alongside your success activities, you'll also play an active role in customer support, helping to resolve issues and ensure a consistently great experience. You'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform and feel supported every step of the way. What you’ll be doing Guide customers through the onboarding journey, including setup, configuration, and train-the-trainer sessionsOwn and manage assigned customer accounts post-signing, building strong, lasting relationshipsIdentify opportunities for growth, adoption, and renewal, collaborating with Sales on upsell initiativesDeliver tailored training sessions to meet individual customer needsCommunicate with customers in a timely, clear, and professional manner, in both English and GermanProvide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolutionContribute product expertise to support the wider team as neededPrioritize customer interactions and tasks based on account size, strategic value, and business impact What we are looking for A naturally people-oriented individual who enjoys connecting with customers and building strong, lasting relationshipsProven experience as a Customer Success Specialist- preferably in a dynamic SaaS environmentA background or solid understand
