Purpose As an Organizational Scientist, you partner with Data Scientists, and Insights Partners to perform applied research and uncover data insights to better understand, attract, hire, engage and retain the people that make Roche a great company and employer. As an ideal candidate, you are able to enhance People Insights with research methods and scientific evidence, leveraging experimental designs, and various measurement techniques to enable evidence-based decision making and its strategic applications in practical business settings. Responsibilities Conduct field experiment and empirical research on strategic people and organizational topicsDesign surveys with validated item scales to measure critical aspects of the employee experience and inform high impact people decisionsServe as a subject matter expert on psychometrics, research methodology, and organizational science across RocheEnsure that data science models are informed by relevant scientific researchTranslate relevant scientific evidence into practical applications for stakeholdersAdvocate for evidence-based managementQualifications, Skills & Knowledge PhD in a field focusing on people research in organizations (e.g., I/O Psychology, HR Management, Organizational Behavior)Demonstrated experience conducting scientific research in applied settings and/or people analyticsBroad knowledge about scientific evidence regarding People &
